Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Taking precise body measurements, discussing design preferences, and advising on suitable fabrics and styles.
- Creating custom clothing (bespoke) from scratch, which involves pattern making, cutting fabric according to design specifications, and sewing pieces together using industrial or manual machines.
- Modifying existing garments to improve fit—such as tapering trousers, adjusting seams, shortening sleeves, or repairing tears and replacing zippers.
- Conducting fitting sessions to mark adjustments, followed by final touches such as pressing, steaming, ironing, adding buttonholes, and trimming to ensure a polished look.
- Inspecting finished garments to meet high-quality production standards and ensuring timely delivery.
- Operating and maintaining sewing machines, overlocking machines, and other specialized tailoring tools.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in male bespoke, including suits.
- Must cut & sew perfectly with zero supervision.
