Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Male Operations personnel to supervise the customer service team, oversee daily operations of the business, and help increase business volume/growth.

- Supervise daily operations

- Monitor and guide customer service staff
- Improve response time and customer retention
- Handle escalations confidently
- Ensure discipline and accountability
Requirements:
- Work with the team to increase business productivity
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Must have supervised a team (3–10 staff)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Must be firm, organized, and result-oriented
- Comfortable handling field or external challenges when necessary
- Experience in logistics or service-based business is an advantage.
- Must reside within the axis of Idimu-Ikotun, Lagos State
