Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and AC faults.
- Inspect office equipment and building systems.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
- Conduct routine checks on generators and utility systems.
- Maintain HVAC and air-conditioning equipment.
- Carry out basic plumbing repairs and installations.
- Maintain maintenance logs and report technical issues.
- Support emergency repairs when required.
- Follow all health, safety, and technical procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of workplace safety procedures
