Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general building systems across our branches
- Service and troubleshoot kitchen and bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, refrigeration, coffee machines)
- Maintain and service generators and ensure reliable power supply
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and keep accurate maintenance logs
- Respond promptly to fault reports from branches, including emergencies
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors, and supervise their work
- Report equipment needing replacement and recommend cost-saving solutions
- Follow safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
