Responsibilities:
Coordinating Real Estate Facilities and Property Maintenance - Plumbing, Electrical, Mowing, Safety, Security, etc. Work withthe Facility Manager to develop a building & property maintenance plan.
Coordinate inspection checks and root cause analysis to identify potential issues and fix known problems.
Office Administrative support with good knowledge of building and property maintenance – plumbing, electrical, roofing, mowing, cleaning, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE.
- 3+ years of previous experience in a similar role.
