Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the Automatic Hydraulic Block Moulding Machine.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic faults.
- Carry out corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Inspect and replace worn or damaged mechanical components.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Provide technical support and maintenance guidance to machine operators when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the maintenance of industrial or manufacturing equipment.
- Hands-on experience with Automatic Hydraulic Block Moulding Machines or similar hydraulic production machinery is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, mechanical components, bearings, pumps, gearboxes, and power transmission systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond promptly to maintenance issues.
