Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical selection, specification, procurement, and vendor evaluation of mechanical equipment in compliance with API/ASME standards.
- Manage technical bid evaluations, queries (TQ), and deviation requests (DR) with OEMs and clients during procurement.
- Witness Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and ensure equipment meets design and performance requirements.
- Oversee installation, alignment, testing (hydro/pneumatic), and mechanical commissioning activities on site.
- Develop and execute pre-commissioning/commissioning procedures and ensure punch-list closure for systems readiness.
- Provide troubleshooting and on-call technical support during construction, installation, and operational phases.
- Lead maintenance engineering activities, including root cause analysis (RCA), condition monitoring, equipment reliability improvement, and spares optimization.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC.
- 10 years of previous experience in a similar role.
