Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine and emergency electrical maintenance on feed mill machinery and production line equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults on motors, panels, control systems, and related production equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks to reduce equipment downtime and extend machine lifespan.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards across the plant.
- Collaborate with the maintenance/production team to support smooth Aqua/Poultry line operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a maintenance electrician, ideally within a feed mill, manufacturing, or industrial production environment.
- Minimum of an ND in Electrical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, and control panels.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly to minimize production downtime.
- Based in or able to commute reliably to Ibadan.
