Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Building Upkeep: Perform routine inspections of the building structure, grounds, and common areas to identify and fix maintenance issues.
- Systems Management: Ensure the continuous operation of essential building utilities, including electrical wiring, plumbing, water supply, generator sets, and HVAC systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Create and execute a schedule for routine servicing of facility equipment to prevent breakdown.
- Contractor Supervision: Coordinate and monitor external technicians, janitorial staff, and security vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Vocational qualification
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
