Machine Wig Marker

Responsibilities:

• Construct machine-made wigs using human hair and hair extensions.
• Measure, prepare, and customize wig caps to required sizes.
• Sew wefts neatly and securely using industrial or domestic sewing machines.
• Ensure wigs are symmetrical, durable, and professionally finished.
• Customize wigs according to customer specifications and design requirements.
• Prepare hair bundles before wig construction.
• Cut, style, curl, straighten, or customize wigs as required.
• Perform bleaching of knots, plucking, tinting, and basic wig finishing where necessary.
• Ensure all finished wigs meet quality and styling standards.
• Inspect completed wigs for neatness, durability, and overall quality.
• Correct defects or imperfections before packaging.
• Ensure customer specifications are met accurately.
• Maintain consistency in workmanship across all products.
• Meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Maintain accurate records of completed orders.
• Assist with packaging and preparing wigs for delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an OND or vocational training in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Fashion, or a related field.
• Proven years of experience in machine wig making.
• Proficiency in using sewing machines for wig construction.
• Experience working with human hair, lace closures, and frontal wigs.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
