Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage plastic blow moulding machines efficiently
- Set up machines for production runs and adjust parameters as required
- Monitor production output to ensure quality standards are met
- Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve minor machine faults
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Requirements:
- OND/HND certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field
- Proven experience operating plastic blow moulding machines (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to follow technical instructions and production schedules
- Good attention to detail and quality control
- Willingness to work shifts when required
- Mechanical aptitude
- Problem-solving skills
