Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Setting up, programming, and operating industrial or specialized monogram/embroidery machines to meet project specifications.
- Loading digital designs via USB or networked systems, choosing the correct thread colors, and adjusting tension, needle, and speed settings to optimize quality.
- Hooping, stabilizing, and gumming fabrics (like garment pockets or flaps) to ensure precise, clean embroidery.
- Inspecting finished items for errors, such as misaligned designs, loose threads, or incorrect spelling, and performing repairs if necessary.
- Performing daily maintenance, including cleaning and oiling machines to prevent downtime, and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Working within a team to manage inventory (needles, threads, backing) and meeting production deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 -160,000
