Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate the Automatic Hydraulic Block Moulding Machine efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production.
- Ensure blocks produced meet the required quality and dimensional standards.
- Carry out routine inspections, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Identify and report machine faults or production issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Follow all operational and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating an Automatic Hydraulic Block Moulding Machine.
- SSCE, OND, or any relevant technical qualification.
- Good understanding of hydraulic systems and block production processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor machine faults.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
