Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, deploy, and annotate machine learning models and AI systems from scratch.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for data extraction, feature engineering, and model training.
- Preprocess large-scale datasets and select appropriate ML algorithms for classification, regression, or clustering tasks.
- Fine-tune hyperparameters and optimize models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance in production.
- Participate in technical assessments and coding challenges as part of the evaluation process.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience building and deploying end-to-end ML models.
- Strong Python programming skills and willingness to complete a technical assessment are mandatory for this position
- ML Frameworks: Strong hands-on expertise with ML libraries like Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch).
- Problem-Solving: Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and advanced mathematical concepts applicable to ML.
- Soft Skills: Excellent remote communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
