Job summary

We are seeking a smart, confident, and results-driven Luxury Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-value sales, building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, and delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience. The role requires strong sales skills and relationship management.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new clients interested in real estate investments.
  • Promote and sell the company’s property investment products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and investment consultations.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, property inspections, and promotional events.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
  • 2–7 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate, banking, insurance, or investment advisory.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A good understanding of the Port Harcourt market and client network is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

  • Persuasion and closing ability.
  • Customer service orientation.
