The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-value sales, building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, and delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience. The role requires strong sales skills and relationship management.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new clients interested in real estate investments.
- Promote and sell the company’s property investment products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and investment consultations.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, property inspections, and promotional events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
- 2–7 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate, banking, insurance, or investment advisory.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A good understanding of the Port Harcourt market and client network is an added advantage.
