Luxury Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a world-class luxury shopping experience for every customer.
• Build meaningful relationships through personalised styling and exceptional client service.
• Develop long-term relationships that encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Process transactions accurately and assist with inventory management.
• Represent AuraUP with professionalism and attention to detail at all times.

Social Media Management:

• Manage AuraUP's Instagram and TikTok platforms.
• Schedule and publish approved posts across all channels.
• Monitor comments, direct messages and enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and premium online presence.
• Track platform performance and provide insights to support growth.
• Support digital campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years' experience in luxury retail, customer service or a related field.
• Proven experience managing business social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Experience with content scheduling, community engagement and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Suite.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar tools is an advantage.
• Professional, polished and well-presented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working weekends, public holidays and during special events.
