- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, ensuring high professionalism.
- Financial & Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of beverages and supplies, manage vendor relationships, and control costs.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Usually 3–5 years in hospitality management, with preference for upscale lounge bar experience.
- Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and ability to work flexible hours (nights/weekends).
Key Performance Indicators:
- Customer feedback scores (e.g., 95%+ in surveys).
- Revenue growth and budget adherence.
