Job Summary
Our client in the logistics and drivers industry is looking to hire a Logistics Manager to oversee daily dispatch operations and coordinate effectively with riders and clients for smooth delivery services across Lagos.
- Minimum Qualification : OND
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 2 years
- Working Hours : Full Time
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage dispatch riders
- Plan and monitor delivery routes and schedules
- Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- Handle client communication and resolve delivery issues
- Track rider performance and maintain delivery records
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Lagos roads is a MUST
- Prior experience in logistics or fleet coordination is an added advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must reside in or around Shomolu, Palmgrove, Ilupeju, or Bariga
- Strong sense of responsibility and leadership
Workflow: Hybrid
Renumeration: NGN 70,000 Monthly
