Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Ikeja, Lagos, is urgently seeking an experienced Logistics Manager who can resume immediately. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensure efficient movement of goods, manage inventory, and optimize distribution processes to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all logistics and supply chain activities
- Oversee inbound and outbound transportation of raw materials and finished goods
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimal losses
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
- Develop and implement logistics policies, procedures, and cost-saving strategies
- Monitor logistics performance and prepare regular operational reports for management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards
- Lead, supervise, and train logistics and warehouse staff
- Resolve logistics challenges, delays, and operational bottlenecks efficiently
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification (CILT, SCM, PMP, or related) is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and transportation planning
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong reporting and data-driven decision-making ability
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented
