Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily logistics and distribution operations
- Manage warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Coordinate last-mile delivery processes to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and implement control measures
- Develop and maintain relationships with delivery partners and vendors
- Optimize transportation routes to reduce cost and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
