Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Transport goods safely and efficiently to customer locations using approved routes and schedules.
- Avoid route duplication and unnecessary fuel usage.
- Count and verify goods during loading, transit, and delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure invoices and delivery documents match goods delivered and take full responsibility for stock in transit.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fueling, and roadworthiness through daily checks.
- Promptly report mechanical issues and ensure required safety equipment is available in the vehicle.
- Accurately complete delivery records, including quantities delivered, customer details, assigned salesperson, and delivery times.
- Comply with traffic laws, company transport policies, and assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum S.S.C.E
- 2-5 years of previous work experience in a similar role
