Fleximotion is seeking experienced and willing-to-learn reliable logistics dispatch riders to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages, documents and other items to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Delivery: Pick up and deliver items based on orders from the app (Uber, Bolt)
- Trip Acceptance: Ensure timely trip acceptance and completion to maintain efficient service delivery.
- Route Management: Plan the most effective routes, often using GPS apps, and adhere to schedules.
- Payment Remittance: Ensure customers pay through the POS terminal provided by the company or transfer to the company's account.
- Vehicle Care: Perform daily checks; keep the motorcycle/bike clean, fuelled/charged, and in good working order.
- Communication: Communicate with your supervisor and customers on delivery status or issues that may arise while on duty.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and handle items carefully to prevent damage.
Requirements:
- Must be reliable, punctual & efficient.
- Must possess a valid rider's licence.
- Must possess a smartphone.
- Must know Lagos routes and have knowledge of google map navigation.
