Job Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Last-Mile Delivery Operations Manager to oversee rider management, fleet operations, and daily delivery activities, ensuring efficient, timely, and cost-effective deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise delivery riders to ensure optimal performance.
- Plan and coordinate daily delivery operations.
- Oversee last-mile delivery and optimise routes for timely deliveries.
- Manage motorcycles, fleet maintenance, and utilisation.
- Monitor customer delivery experience and resolve complaints.
- Control delivery costs and operational expenses.
- Track performance and prepare regular operational reports.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant experience in logistics, delivery, or fleet operations.
- Proven experience managing delivery riders and coordinating last-mile operations.
- Good knowledge of route planning and motorcycle fleet management.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to monitor operational costs and performance.
