Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing loan clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client loan inquiries, applications, and account updates.
- Educate clients on loan products, repayment schedules, and financial obligations.
- Monitor client loan accounts to ensure timely repayments and identify potential delinquencies.
- Assist with loan documentation, restructures, and settlements when necessary.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and recovery teams to ensure a smooth client experience and portfolio performance.
- Prepare and submit reports on client account performance and loan portfolio status.
Requirements:
- Minimum of High School (S.S.C.E) qualification
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of credit processes, risk management, and loan account management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan management software.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
- Must have a Smartphone (Android or iPhone).
