Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Educate prospects on loan products and tailor solutions to meet their financial needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop lead generation strategies
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications
- Maintain compliance with lending regulations and internal policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
- 3 years experience in lending, credit analysis, or financial services
- Solid understanding of local lending regulations and compliance standards
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills
- Proficiency in banking software and financial analysis tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly
