Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop relationships with prospective borrowers and investors.
- Source, assess, and process loan applications in line with the company's credit policies.
- Conduct customer assessments, financial reviews, and credit risk evaluations.
- Recommend suitable loan and investment products based on customer needs and eligibility.
- Monitor loan disbursements, repayment schedules, and investment activities.
- Follow up on overdue payments and support loan recovery efforts.
- Maintain accurate customer, credit, and investment records.
- Prepare periodic reports on loan performance, investment activities, and portfolio quality.
- Ensure all lending and investment activities comply with applicable regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
- Good communication skills
