Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Selling loan products effectively.
- Carry out clients' KYC, eligibility, and loan appraisal.
- To ensure continuous growth and healthy portfolio management.
- Ensure that set targets are met within the allotted time frame
- Marketing of the loan product as applicable to the role.
- Interviewing and carrying out KYC on clients
- Prepare loan documents for clients to fill.
- Verify and appraise clients' and guarantors’ business.
- Submit a loan proposal for possible approval Credit Committee.
- Proper documentation and filing of loan documents
- Follow up on client repayment.
- Follow up and monitoring of the loan performance after disbursement.
Requirements:
- Ability to mobilize new clients relative to the target.
- Number of borrowers relative to the target.
- Volume of loan disbursement and revenue generated relative to the target.
- Portfolio at risk (PAR) >1 day, not more than 1%
- Growth in the number of borrowers relative to the target.
- Portfolio growth in relation to the target.
