Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and promote loan products.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable credit products.
- Manage loan portfolios and monitor repayments.\
- Meet monthly loan disbursement and sales targets.
- Follow up on overdue loans and support recovery efforts.
- Maintain strong client relationships and accurate loan records.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a BSc degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in loan marketing, sales, or microfinance.
- Strong knowledge of loan products and credit processes.
- Proven ability to meet sales and business targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
