Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard qualified loan clients
- Manage and grow a performing loan portfolio
- Conduct field verification and credit assessment
- Monitor repayment behavior and portfolio quality
- Drive consistent monthly loan disbursement performance
- Support recovery and ensure repayment discipline
- Maintain accurate borrower records and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan marketing, microfinance, fintech lending, cooperative lending, or credit operations
- Strong understanding of borrower assessment and loan recovery
- Existing network of potential borrowers within Lagos
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Smartphone proficiency and ability to use digital applications
