Loan and Recovery Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of overdue loan accounts.
• Reach out to delinquent customers to negotiate and secure repayments.
• Use your smartphone and company CRM to track interactions and recovery progress.
• Consistently meet weekly and monthly recovery quotas.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any field.
• Immediate availability: You must be ready to start training and work immediately. No notice periods.
• Smartphone: You must own a functional Android or iOS smartphone (this is a core tool for the role).
• Resilience: Ability to handle tough conversations and meet daily recovery targets.
• Communication: Fluency in English (ability to speak Yoruba, Hausa, or Igbo is a massive plus).

Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 Basic + Daily and Weekly Bonus up to 60k
