LOADER

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods, materials, and products from trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles
• Move inventory to designated storage locations within the warehouse
• Arrange, stack, and organize products to maximize storage space and prevent damage
• Assist in receiving, sorting, and dispatching goods
• Verify items against delivery notes, invoices, and inventory records where required
• Ensure goods are handled carefully to minimize loss, damage, or breakage
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas, loading bays, and storage facilities
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues to supervisors
• Support stock-taking and inventory-count exercises
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum of Primary School Certificate or SSCE qualification
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or loading activities is an advantage
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
