LNG Job Instructor

About the Role

As a Job Instructor, you will be responsible for developing the competencies of new and young LNG operators, providing refresher training for experienced personnel, and leveraging your extensive knowledge and experience in LNG operations. You will also utilize operations simulators to train operators, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.

Responsibilities

Competency Development

• Conduct Assessment and Progression (A&P) competency development for new and young NLNG operators.
• Provide refresher training for experienced operators, supervisors, and superintendents.

Simulation Training

• Serve as an Operator Simulation Trainer, using operations simulators to train operators.
• Ensure training sessions are comprehensive and aligned with operational requirements.

Operational Expertise

• Utilize vast knowledge and operational competencies in LNG field and panel operations.
• Maintain a verifiable wealth of experience to ensure training is relevant and effective.

Operations Coaching and Support

• Provide coaching and support for Variable table development and implementation.
• Assist in Documentation and Rationalization (D&R) processes.
• Manage alarm systems effectively.

Qualifications

• HND/Bachelor's degree in any related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in global LNG field and panel operations.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct effective training sessions using operations simulators.
• Strong understanding of Assessment and Progression (A&P) competency development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to provide clear and concise instructions and feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of LNG operations and processes.
• Training Proficiency: Ability to design and deliver effective training programs, including simulation training.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs and outcomes.

Nationality

This position is open to expatriate personnel on a rotation basis (28/28).
