Responsibilities:
- Evaluate LLM responses for correctness, safety, helpfulness, and clarity
- Rank multiple model outputs based on quality and alignment
- Identify hallucinations, inconsistencies, and reasoning flaws
- Assess reasoning depth and logical structure
- Rewrite or refine model responses to improve clarity and accuracy
- Provide structured feedback to improve model performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 - 4 years of deep experience with LLM behaviour and limitations
- Experience with prompt engineering principles
- Ability to evaluate instruction-following accuracy
- Awareness of AI safety standards and policy guidelines
- High attention to detail and critical thinking ability
