Livestream Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute livestream events across platforms and digital channels
• Set up and manage livestream equipment, software, and technical requirements
• Monitor livestream quality, audio, video, and connectivity to ensure uninterrupted broadcasts
• Support hosts, presenters, and content creators during live sessions
• Manage audience interactions, comments, questions, and engagement activities during broadcasts
• Coordinate livestream schedules, promotional activities, and content calendars
• Track livestream performance metrics and prepare post-event reports
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions during live broadcasts
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop engaging livestream content
• Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in livestream operations
• Assist in developing strategies to increase viewership, engagement, and conversion rates
• Maintain livestream equipment and recommend upgrades when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in Mass Communication or a related field
• Proven experience in livestream management, digital content production, social media operations, or multimedia production
• Strong understanding of livestream platforms and digital content ecosystems
• Familiarity with streaming software such as OBS Studio, Streamlabs, vMix, Wirecast, or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and production equipment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure during live events
