Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol the premises regularly (day and night)
- Control access by checking visitors and vehicles
- Prevent unauthorized entry and suspicious activities
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies
- Report incidents, damages, or security breaches
- Maintain a logbook of daily activities
- Ensure doors, gates, and windows are properly secured
- Provide assistance to residents or staff when needed
- Operate basic security equipment (e.g., CCTV systems)
Requirements:
- Minimum of secondary school certificate (WAEC/NECO)
- Previous experience in security services is an advantage
- Physically fit and alert
- Willingness to live on-site (accommodation provided)
- Good communication and observation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and safety practices
