Role Description This is a full-time, live-in, on-site role based in Lagos for a Behavior Therapist supporting a child in a home environment. The Live-in Behavior Therapist will implement behavior support plans, apply behavior analysis strategies, and monitor progress toward defined goals. Day-to-day tasks include observing behavior, collecting and documenting data, conducting structured and play-based sessions, and reinforcing positive behaviors. The therapist will collaborate with families and other professionals, provide regular updates on progress, and adjust interventions under clinical guidance. The role also involves creating a supportive, safe, and consistent living environment, assisting with daily routines, and modeling appropriate behavioral strategies for family members.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis, with the ability to implement structured behavior plans and interventions for children.
- Background in Psychology or a related field, with an understanding of child development and behavioral principles.
- Demonstrated experience working with children, especially in therapeutic, educational, or support settings.
- Undestanding and managing autism in children
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear communication, patience, empathy, and the ability to build trust with clients and families.
- Ability and willingness to live on-site in Lagos, maintain professional boundaries, and support consistent daily routines.
- Strong observational, documentation, and organizational skills, including accurate data collection and reporting.
- Previous experience in behavioral therapy, special education, or developmental support is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications or training in behavior therapy, mental health, or child care are beneficial.
