Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Secretary to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our litigation attorneys, manage complex schedules, and ensure that all legal documents are accurate, timely and filed properly.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily schedule and calendar of litigation counsels.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
- File legal documents with the appropriate court and agency.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system.
- Handle Office administrative tasks.
- Provide support in preparing for and participating in trials, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
- Perform research as needed and summarize findings for litigation attorneys.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
