Job summary
Litigation Lawyers are responsible for handling civil, commercial, criminal, or regulatory disputes on behalf of clients. They conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, develop case strategies, negotiate settlements, represent clients in court proceedings, and work closely with clients, witnesses, experts, and other legal professionals.

- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings

Conduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations

Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents

Develop case strategies based on legal analysis and available evidence

Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to gather relevant information

Review and organize evidence, discovery materials, and case files

Stay current with changes in legislation, judicial decisions, and legal practice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) and admission to the relevant Bar

Proven experience in litigation and courtroom advocacy

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines
