Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, Nigeria, with flexibility for some remote work. The Life Planner will engage in identifying and nurturing client needs, providing tailored life insurance solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities include gaining an in-depth understanding of available insurance products, delivering effective sales and marketing strategies, and assisting clients in making informed decisions about insurance. The role requires active collaboration with team members to achieve collective and individual targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the financial services or insurance industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- A client-focused mindset and problem-solving skills
