Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Port Harcourt for a Life Planner. The Life Planner will be responsible for understanding customer needs and providing tailored life insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and addressing insurance and financial planning needs, and working towards defined sales and marketing goals. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Insurance and General Insurance with a thorough understanding of policies and coverage options
- Proven proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies to identify opportunities and convert leads
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Previous experience in the insurance sector is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
