Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice to management and business units on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

- Manage and mitigate legal risks across the organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
- At least a year of experience in legal compliance.
- Excellent contract drafting and legal writing skills.
- Strong foundational knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
