Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and ensure advice is accurate and effective.
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, agreements, and briefs. Review documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage cases from start to finish, which includes gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and organizing case files.
- Advise clients, provide guidance on legal matters, and interact with clients and other relevant parties to gather information.
- Assist in developing case strategies and prepare for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
- Work with senior attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to manage cases and share information.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal forums
