Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Work with other team members to achieve the Firm’s overall objective
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinion/advice for the firm and clients.
- Negotiate, prepare, and review contracts on behalf of clients.
- Advise and assist Clients with various regulatory compliance issues
- Carry out other tasks that may be assigned by the firm from time to time.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 2+ years post-call experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The applicant must be available to resume immediately and stay close enough to easily access the Office at Yaba, Lagos Mainland.
