Role Description

Hullbridge Solicitors is seeking a qualified Legal Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Ajah-Lekki axis. The Legal Associate will be responsible for litigation, preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing expert advice on complex legal matters, analyzing cases, conducting legal research, and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations. Interaction with clients, drafting agreements, and supporting the senior legal team in achieving clients' objectives will form a key part of the role.
Qualifications

• At least 3 years post call LITIGATION experience
• Strong knowledge and application of Law and the ability to address complex Legal Issues
• Competence in Legal Document Preparation and drafting of agreements
• Advanced Analytical Skills to assess cases, interpret legal frameworks, and recommend actionable solutions
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• A Law degree from a recognized institution and admission to the bar
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal department preferred
• Familiarity with corporate, energy, and banking laws is an advantage
