Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Legal Assistant. The Legal Assistant will support legal operations by managing legal document preparation, performing administrative tasks, and assisting with client communication. Responsibilities include maintaining organized legal files, drafting and reviewing documents, conducting research, and liaising with stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Salary: 200k
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of legal principles and knowledge of law-related tasks
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting
- Strong Communication skills for client and team interactions
- Experience in Administrative Assistance to manage schedules, files, and correspondence
- Prior experience as a Legal Assistant is highly desirable
- Proficiency in office software and legal research tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred
