Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dealings with external counsel and regulatory authorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Advisor, Legal Counsel, or similar role
- Experience in corporate/commercial law and contract management
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret complex legal issues and provide practical solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Proximity to Ajah is compulsory.
