The Legal & Administrative Officer is responsible for ensuring corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and effective administrative support. The role coordinates board activities, maintains statutory records, and manages.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare board agendas, resolutions, meeting materials, and minutes, while ensuring timely follow-up on Board decisions and action items.
- Maintain and strengthen corporate governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate regulatory filings, submissions, and engagements with relevant government agencies, regulators, and external advisers.
- Maintain statutory registers, licenses, permits, corporate records, company seals, and other legal documentation.
- Support contract administration and corporate transactions, including company incorporations, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and dissolutions.
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring systems, conduct compliance reviews, and ensure timely renewal of operational licenses and certifications.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and guide on compliance and governance obligations.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
Location: VI, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 350,000 – 400,000
