Learning & Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured training programs on watches and fine jewellery.
• Develop client experience training to elevate service standards across boutiques.
• Create training materials, product manuals, and assessment tools.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales team members.
• Partner with category heads and sales leaders to identify skill gaps.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
• Maintain training calendars and ensure consistent learning delivery across branches.
• Support continuous professional development within the Company's Academy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in learning and development, retail training, or luxury sales training.
• Strong knowledge of watches and/or fine jewellery is highly desirable.
• Experience delivering client experience or customer service training.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.

Remuneration: NGN700,000 – 1,200,000
