Job summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Learning and Development Specialist to support capability development within the Company's Academy. The successful candidate will design and deliver specialized training programs focused on watches, fine jewellery, and luxury client experience.

Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver structured training programs on watches and fine jewellery.
- Develop client experience training to elevate service standards across boutiques.
- Create training materials, product manuals, and assessment tools.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales team members.
- Partner with category heads and sales leaders to identify skill gaps.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
- Maintain training calendars and ensure consistent learning delivery across branches.
- Support continuous professional development within the Company's Academy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in learning and development, retail training, or luxury sales training.
- Strong knowledge of watches and/or fine jewellery is highly desirable.
- Experience delivering client experience or customer service training.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.
Remuneration: NGN700,000 – 1,200,000
