Job summary
We are looking to hire a Learning and Development Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement learning and development initiatives across the organisation and its talent management programme
- Identify training and capability gaps across creative, media, operations, strategy, and support teams
- Develop learning calendars, onboarding frameworks, and employee development initiatives aligned with business goals
- Coordinate workshops, mentorship sessions, coaching programmes, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Support career development, succession planning, and employee growth strategies
- Manage relationships with external facilitators, trainers, and learning partners
- Track training participation, programme effectiveness, and employee development outcomes
- Prepare learning reports, training documentation, and engagement insights for management
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Promote a culture of learning, collaboration, innovation, and professional development across the organisation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or Training Coordination
- Prior experience within a creative agency, media company, production company, or service-based organisation is an advantage
- Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple learning initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of employee development and organisational growth strategies
Location: Lekki
Remuneration: NGN 350,000-400,000
