L&D Specialist
Job Description
Identify learning needs and skills gaps across retail and field roles.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Curate and manage learning content, ensuring timely completion of all foundation and mandatory training.
Track training compliance, maintain accurate records, and support audit requirements.
Conduct field coaching visits and support supervisors with on-the-job training.
Manage training administration, calendars, logistics, and reporting.
Measure training impact using performance and compliance KPIs.
Provide first-level support for the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and learning systems.
Collaborate with People, Operations, and Business teams, as well as external training providers.
